Step 1:
Please call Lowen IT to inform us of your problem at the numbers to the right of the screen.
Step 2:
Depending on your computer click "Download for PC" and then download the file.
Step 3:
Once the file is downloaded, open the file. It should look something like the images below.
Step 4:
Give the Lowen IT support specialist the session ID code and Password listed in the program and you will be connected!
