Lowen IT offers premier customer service and fast response times on any business or home technology problem. We will work closely with you to make sure that we are delivering the best products, services and solutions to your doorstep. Are rates are as follows:

Normal Residential Hourly Rate: 

  • Onsite: $125 for the first two hour block, $30 an hour after the first initial two hours
  • Carry In or Remote Support: $99 for the first two hour block, $30 an hour after the first initial two hours
Normal Business and Commercial Hourly Rate: 
  • Onsite, Remote Support and Carry In: $125 an hour, billed in quarter hour increments.
